Robin started programming at 8 years old, started his first software company, Redgum, at 19 and has been running it since 1998. In that time he has led development of over 500 software projects, SaaS systesm and Platforms.

In that time he has seen too many projects fail to realize their potential for a range of non-technical reasons.

Robin’s mission in founding Transform Studios is to de-risk your digital venture journey by bringing the right combination of skills, knowledge, contacts and capability required to guide, support and augment your core strengths with the myriad of other things you will need to become successful.

As business leaders we know a ‘set & forget’ approach rarely works, especially in technology where the pace of change & potential risks are significant. As a strategic IT advisor who has successfully built & led technology companies for over a decade, I have a rich understanding of business at every level. From entrepreneurs to owners to C-suite & Boards, I love collaborating with individuals & teams to decipher often complex technology & deliver strategic, plain English solutions.
